SOMEBODY POST SOMETHING QUICK
I've read the most awfully explicit things (this is the Internet, after all) but I'm basically a twelve year old when it comes to actual actors actually doing anything sex related ON SCREEN, I WATCH REGULAR HET KISSING SCENES THROUGH MY FINGERS, AND RIGHT NOW I'M WATCHING QUEER AS FOLK (US) FIRST EPISODE AND I GIGGLE CONSTANTLY AND PAUSE AND REFRESH EVERY GODDAMN FIREFOX TAB BECAUSE IT'S TOO MUCH TO SIMPLY WATCH AHAHAHAHA THEY'RE HAVING SEX AHAHAHAHA ON SCREEN LOLOLOL
I'm pretty sure I'll grow out of it (eventually) but for now I'm distracting myself in the middle of every sex scene. Which is why I'm posting here. So, the brief summary of what I have to say that's actually on topic: I'm watching SUPERNATURAL and MERLIN, I've seen TORCHWOOD and am now watching CHUCK and QUEER AS FOLK (US). I dropped TRUE BLOOD and HEROES after the first few episodes. There is more, but can't think at the moment.
OH RIGHT I'VE SEEN THE FIRST FEW EPIS OF GOSSIP GIRL AGAINST MY WILL AND I'VE NEVER FELT THAT MY TIME WAS WASTED MORE STRONGLY THAN AFTER WATCHING THOSE.

Yay Queer as Folk! I finally got round to watching that a couple of months ago when I was ill (I think it's now impossible for me to be ill without a marathon of some TV series to see me through!), sometimes when I'm walking down the street feeling particularly gay the theme tune plays in my head.

Ha! You made me laugh with this! I've watched some of the UK and US versions and they are both pretty, um, explicit! Basically the whole way through too! Are you continuing with it? I look forward to more random postings if so! |

I'm the more open one but mum and I talk about things so long as I don't mention polygamy, gay sex and other weird things. BUT She hates watching things where people swear a lot wiht me in the room. I got kicked out of the Sopranos. I was like..... I WATCH SKINS and that gets us back on topic xD |

I stopped watching Skins after season two. I couldn't be bothered to start the whole process of emotional attachment to a new bunch of characters once i'd finally come to appreciate the others. There was no need to change the cast, imo. I saw House in English last night (because i've discovered the language sometimes changes on this digital box thing, I can get CSI and Fringe and selected movies in English too). It was fucking weird. I've gotten so used to the dub that to hear Chase actually speak like a man from down under is trying. And not to mention Hugh Laurie's accent... *shudders* I also took ten minutes to figure out what they were saying because they eat their words something terrible. The only one I can understand clearly is Foreman.  Fringe is easier on the ears and has Denethor, Steward of Gondor, in it. My inner LOTR fangirl went 'YAYZ!' i wish I could change the language on Supernatural, but that channel doesn't have that option. |
